Retightening Marathon Part 1 - DO NOT try this at home!

I began and told myself 1 week and that's it, but instead it turned into a 2 week mission starting on 1st March to fully retighten my hair. I developed armache, shoulderache, backache, headache - all sort of aches from spending approximately 2-3 minutes per lock. What kept be going was watching movies like Marley and Me, comedy by Katt Williams and catching up on episodes of Shameless.

Halfway through my marathon I thought to call my consultant and request for her desperate assistance. Then I had to face the facts - this was my fault and I could save money - which were the two things that brought me swiftly back to my senses.

Retightening the front section of my hair was no fun at all the regrowth made my already tiny locks at the front even harder to retighten due to the amount of growth and the fact that my texture is quite straight around my hairline.
